Here is a brief outline of what will be happening on our Wedding Day!

2:00pm - Coach pick up for Waikiki guests
The journey time will be approximately 1 hour 15mins depending on traffic. Please see the Coach to Venue page for pick up points.

There will also be rice paper & bamboo parasols if you wish to shield yourself from the sun.

4:30pm - WEDDING CEREMONY BEGINS!!!
Charmayne and Nick officially tie the knot.

5pm (approx) - Cocktail Hour and Bridal Party photos
Please join us in a glass of champagne to celebrate our marriage, then sit back on lounges overlooking the ocean and enjoy some Mai Tais, beer, wine or soft drinks while the Bridal Party has their photo session. Wait staff will be circulating the lounge area with canapes and drinks, but feel free to visit the bar yourself if you prefer.

6pm - Welcome from Sir Leo Woo
A few quick words of welcome from your host, the Father of the Bride.

Reception begins with Dinner
There will be several action stations with chefs cooking and serving a variety of dishes. Once you have found your seat, please go to these stations to choose and collect your food.
Your MC for the evening will be Charmayne's brother, Justin Woo.

After Dinner - Cutting of the Cake
Get your cameras ready! After dinner, Charmayne and Nick will be cutting the cake. The cake will also be served as part of dessert, there will be 3 different flavours to choose from - Coconut with Chocolate Mousse filling, Lemon Zest with Lemon Cream filling, and Raspberry Chocolate Truffle (have all 3 flavours if you like!).

First Dance
Charmayne and Nick will first dance as a married couple to "That's All" by Michael Bublé.

Dance floor is open for business!
Naturally the bar will be open all night if you need some dutch courage to hit the floor.
This might also be a good time to make an entry in our Polaroid picture guest book!

Tossing of the Bouquet
For the ladies who are not yet engaged or married - who will be next???
