IMPORTANT: Visa & ESTA Requirements
Under the Visa Waiver Program, if you hold a current and valid Australian, New Zealand or UK machine readable passport, you do not require a visa to enter the United States for visits of less than 90 days. You do however need to obtain an Electronic System for Travel Authorization or ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel. An ESTA once obtained will be valid for a period of two years, or the validity of the travellers passport (whichever is shorter). At present, there is no charge for this service. Holders of South African passports require a B-2 non-immigrant visa to enter the United States for the purpose of a holiday. Please contact your local US Embassy for more information.
A NOTE ON JET LAG: If you are coming from the UK, we recommend arriving in Hawaii at least 2 days before the wedding as there is an 11 hour time difference! So if you don't want to be falling asleep during the ceremony or reception, we would advise giving yourself a few days before hand to adjust your body clock.

Air Canada with a stop in Vancouver.

American Airlines with a stop in Los Angeles.
Currently, the lowest price on these airlines is with Air Canada for just under £500 return. I have seen them for as low as £400
